When you click on a link, the
following error message may arise:

The solution
is two-fold. Make sure you are downloading software using Microsoft Internet
Explorer (not Netscape). Second, follow these steps to perfection:
1. Use the mouse to right click on the program name listed.
2. A set of options will appear. Select 'Save Target As...'.
3. A new box will appear that gives you the opportunity to save the file to your
desktop. Click save.
4. After the program is downloaded, double click the icon that looks like a little
computer to install the program.
