and/or companies an opportunity to refer our software
to potential clients for compensation. The Business

The Business Referral
Agreement can not be modified in away to be considered valid or
active. While we are open to the idea of working-out a reseller
agreement with a company or individual, we prefer to engage in a
business referral agreement first, for at least six (6) months, before
considering a reseller agreement. Our Software Reseller
Agreement requires an initial order of at least 100 licenses.
