Section 1300 - Additional Settlement Charges: These fees may include pest or termite inspections, surveys, and other costs not covered in another section. These fees would also include any "hidden" money that the lender collects.

Line 1301:   Survey

The lender may require that a surveyor conduct a property survey. This is a protection to the buyer as well. Usually the buyer pays the surveyor抯 fee, but sometimes the seller may pay this.

Line 1302:   Pest and Other Inspections
