We are proceeding with our plans
to post the updated Census Bureau Median Family Income figures to the U.S.
Trustee Program website on September 8, 2008 (see link below). We will
apply these new figures to
petitions filed on or after October 1, 2008.

The Census Bureau and IRS
Data and the Administrative Expense Multipliers on the following page were
updated on March 3, 2008. The U.S. Trustee Program will apply the updated
information to cases filed on or after March 17, 2008.
For cases filed between February 1, 2008, and March 16, 2008, inclusive, the
U.S. Trustee Program will apply the prior Census Bureau and IRS Data and
Administrative Expenses Multipliers.
