The updated Census Bureau State Median Family
Income figures will be posted to the U.S. Trustee Program website on September 17, 2007 (see
link below). We would like to apply these new figures to petitions filed on or after October 1,
2007. However, if that is not enough time for implementation, please let us know and we can
delay this date until October 15, 2007.
