Hourly Rates
Up to one hour of in-court
time is compensated at the rate of $70 per hour for work done on or
after January 1, 2000, at the rate of $75 for work done on or after
April 1, 2001, at the rate of $90 per hour for work done on or after
May 1, 2002, and at the rate of $92 per hour for work done on or
after January 1, 2006.
Mileage
Automobile travel will
be reimbursed at a rate of 36 cents per mile for travel on or after
1/1/03, 37.5 cents per mile for travel on or after 1/1/04, 40.5
cents per mile for travel on or after 2/4/05, 48.5 cents per mile
for travel on or after 9/1/05, and 44.5 cents per mile for travel on
