How can I create a PDF file?
FREE Information

All of our software can generate PDF files. What you need is a PDF print driver, which is a small file that let's you print out files electronically in the PDF format, rather than print to paper.  We have a FREE PDF driver built into our Bankruptcy Case Software.  You do not need to purchase Adobe Acrobat just to create a PDF file.

Here are the steps to creating a PDF file using our software.

  1. Make sure you have downloaded and installed the FREE Adobe Reader.  You can find this program at the Adobe.com site.

  2. Go into any program.

    1. Type in some data.

    2. Click File then Print.

    3. You get a box that looks like this:

Select PDF995 as the printer.  Instead of printing to paper, we are going to print an electronic version of the output.

  1. You later get a box that looks like this:

At the top of the box, change the "Save in" location to Desktop.  You can save the file anywhere, but the Desktop is an easy location to remember.

Change the name of the file from *.PDF to smith.PDF or johnson.PDF or anyname.PDF; just make sure you remove the * (wildcard) character before saving.

Click Save.  Presto!  You did it.  Go find the file and your desktop and click on it.
