This award is very selective, should you receive it - you can display it proudly as very few sites meet the criteria.

The "Professional Design and Content Award" is based on the following standards:

Provide business value, logically planned original content, smart navigation, accurate easy and concise language, and fast-loading graphics.

State a business purpose upfront.

Easy to find contact access for additional information, assistance, and/or placing orders. Your site may have pre-made e-mail forms, but must also contain regular e-mail access.

Must be a non-Adult site.

TIPS AND GUIDES

Reduce the size of graphic images for quicker load times.

Stay away from distracting page transitions, pre-made templates, multiple animation's, pre-made themes, non-stoppable sounds, common clip art, and slow loading Java.

Create a site with common frames, it will mean faster loading times, as a frame only has to load once.

Have a way for your audience and customers to reach you on every page. For every paragraph of content, ask yourself what your audience might be asking, "So what?" "What’s in this for me?" "What problem will this solve for me?" "How can I interact with this information?"

NOMINATION DIRECTIONS

You are invited to nominate an entire Web environment or a single site.

A site can be resubmitted after it's initial nomination, provided it has undergone revision.

You must place the "Professional Site Award" on a prominent page within your web site with the following target http://www.lawfirmsoftware.com This will prevent our rating sites submitted by non-serious nominees.

If your site is selected, you will be notified by e-mail and provided the URL of where you can select the "Professional Site Award" image that best fits your site's design. Instructions on how to display the award image are also listed on this page.
