On May 30, 2001, a Wisconsin Corporation was formed with Erich J. Ruth, originally from Beloit, Wisconsin, named as President. Also, in 2001, Ruth Technology Corporation signed a software reseller's agreement with National Law Forms Incorporated (NationalLawForms.com) located in Phoenix, Arizona. This initial agreement was extended in 2002, 2004 and 2007.  National LawForms now handles all sales and initial support related calls that derive from this site.

The Business Referral Agreement can not be modified in away to be considered valid or active.  We are open to the idea of working-out a reseller agreement with other companies or individual, but prefer to engage in a business referral agreement first, for at least six (6) months, before considering a reseller agreement.  Our Software Reseller Agreement requires an initial order of at least 500 licenses.
